Hi Jim, I want you to know that I am impressed with your knowledge of our financials every month period while I can sometimes have a slightly different view of how to present and analyze things, I think you have a tremendous knowledge of our community which is quite valuable for the rest of us who are volunteers and do not have much time to drill into the numbers. Thank you!

Thank you also for doing all that you do to make our community a wonderful place to live. I know you work really hard, and I just wanted to say that the engaged citizens of X notice the hard work you put in every day.

We also really appreciate all the support that we got from Mark following the transition from XXXX. I cannot begin to list all the things that CAMP took care of for us in Year 1 that XXXX never got around to during the two years of our relationship! I’m totally convinced that we made the right choice last year and am looking forward to working with the team at CAMP again this year.

CAMP Team, I wanted to take a moment to thank Shelby Walker for her outstanding support of our covenants activities and especially working with Realtors in the market. Over the weekend I was talking to a realtor, and she asked if I was still on the board because she wanted to provide feedback. The realtor could not say enough positive things about their group's engagement with Shelby and both residents moving in and out to our community. She talked about how easy the process was working with Shelby and how refreshing it was compared to most other communities. It is great to see how in all aspects of the business you are helping to set us apart from other communities.

Dear Keith, a quick note to thank you and your team for a very nice job on the milling and paving of my street period to the best of my recollection this is the first time that we have conducted such community wide milling and paving since my village was built. The communication was excellent. The emails, flyers on the doorknob, and the street signage all were concise with clear instructions. Your personal presence on site overseeing the contractors certainly also contributed to the positive outcomes. Cannot imagine all the behind the scenes preparation and supervision you have to do to ensure successful execution of the project while minimizing disruptions of our residents lives. Whatever you have done it worked.

Steve has been doing a fantastic job on behalf of this community and we can't say enough about his proactiveness and great attitude, even in the face of challenges. Interestingly, I just received an e-mail from one of the references for a company whose submitted a response to our RFP last fall asking if I would share who we contracted with and if we were happy. I was able to offer a glowing reference of the CAMP team with a strong recommendation that he reach out to you.  It has been my sincere pleasure to work with you in the CAMP team and we are so grateful that CAMP took us on and has weathered all of the storms with us.

CAMP has proven to be responsive, communicative, and solution-oriented. For example, when we experienced unexpected staffing changes with our on-site general manager, CAMP acted swiftly to fill the vacancy and ensure continuity in management. The portfolio manager and onsite team collaborate effectively, addressing issues promptly and efficiently. CAMP’s corporate staff are also readily accessible and responsive to the Board, particularly in areas such as financial reporting. Equally important, the on-site staff maintains a professional and courteous demeanor when interacting with residents. They handle requests and questions with patience and care, reinforcing the community’s confidence in CAMP’s management.”

Heather, I just wanted to personally thank you for your leadership. It has been a great pleasure for me to work with you over the past three plus years as CAMP's tenure with (our community) began when I first joined the board. We've been through a lot together, particularly a global pandemic. Through all of it you and the entire CAMP team were unwavering. As you know, much of what we were able to accomplish could not have been done without your leadership and the teamwork and professionalism of Michael Yelton.

I will certainly miss working with you as you certainly do your job with grace, class and the utmost professionalism. Please feel free to keep in touch as you have my contact information.
