Thank you for the update regarding the irrigation pipe. I just wanted to take a few moments to let you know how impressed I am with how you have handled this situation. You really showed great leadership, especially considering this happened during your first week with Belmont with a totally new staff. Not only were you able to seamlessly manage this project and all associated parties involved, but you saved the community a great deal of money. Thank you for bringing your talent and professionalism to Belmont!

Chelsea, and I want to personally thank you for helping me navigate some of the recent situations in our community. You have been a major support to myself and our board. I am beyond appreciative of everything you have done, not just during this past month, but in all the time I've worked with you! You always take my calls, you always answer my and everyone else's questions extremely fast, you give me every detail I could ever ask for and then some, and let's be honest, you have walked me back from the ledge a few times! Thank you! Thank you, for all you do for me, the board and our entire community!

Great environment, knowledgeable leaders, innovative and over all, the best in the association business.

Hello. I am writing to share the immense appreciation my husband and I have for Justin, the RCOA covenants administrator. During the last couple of years, we initiated and completed a handful of approved architectural modification projects that presented lots of stops and starts. In some cases, issues came from inside the gates (neighbors) while others came from outside the gates (contractors).

We have thanked him personally on many occasions but in typical Justin fashion he humbly responds that he's “just doing his job”. That may be the case but in our eyes it's rare to be wowed by someone “just doing their job”. And we are not alone in our experience working with Justin... I've heard others residents sing his praises as well. In summary we want to give Justin big kudos and much deserved recognition for being such an incredible asset to us, our community and the RCOA.

Hello Denise, I received an e-mail from miss Rachel that my late fee had been waived I thanked her for this act of kindness but I really want to thank you from the bottom of my heart because you handled my case so professionally and yet with so much care. I am truly grateful to you for being so nice to me and it is always a pleasure to talk to you.

Chelsie, I seriously cannot thank you enough for your speedy response and efforts to resolve this issue for us and for providing me with several updates including your most recent e-mail. You are seriously great at what you do and your efforts are appreciated here in our community.

I want to share our board's appreciation for the continued outstanding job that Rachel does for our community. And we would like to commend her for her dedication and support to the community this past weekend with our Comcast emergency Comcast hit a gas line while digging in the condominiums on Saturday. We would have expected to see the condo management company here with the gas leak But they were not able to be reached. Rachel was here and on top of it with her engagement with the emergency responders and proactive communications to residents we have an outstanding team supporting us in the community and wouldn't be as successful without Rachel's leadership and support of an outstanding team!

Thank you Lana for all you do. There definitely would not be a functioning HOA without you.
