Thank you both for your insight and leadership tonight. I hope the board is seeing just how many loose ends were left, how many relationships handled poorly. It's hard to say how many vendors were gaming us or simply mishandled. But I appreciate what you've inherited and the mountain left to climb.

Warm Regards, Owner, 150 Unit Luxury Highrise, Maryland

There are not enough words and adjectives to clarify how appreciative residents in this area are of all that you have done. The adjusted by laws, perseverance, communication, and transparency from your office has changed, improved, and delighted us all.
KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Good morning Lana, I just wanted to let you know how pleased I am with the CAMP staff. I feel we have the perfect fit with Leslie, Victor, and Swati. Things get done without the HOA board having to ask. What a wonderful change from my past experience.

From the very beginning, CAMP demonstrated a commitment to excellence. Their team—both at the corporate level and on-site—worked diligently to ensure a smooth transition from the previous management company. They quickly became engaged with the details of managing our community and have shown consistent follow-through ever since.

Susan, this is fantastic. Truly perfect and I think our committee members and chairs will all agree 😊. In all of the time I've been on a committee or board we haven't had a training this informative. I appreciate you sharing such a wealth of knowledge with our volunteers as we continue to transition. I am very thankful for CAMP and while the transition has been more challenging than anyone anticipated I think we're on the right track! Thank you for your time and letting all of our volunteers be a part of understanding how an HOA works and what their role might be.

I want to thank CAMP and xxxPlumbing for taking the time to ensure I did not have a leak. I do not. Although it is really close to where a hole was cut, it is not cut into. Additionally, they checked the bulge and determined it is just due to age and not due to liquid.

I really appreciate all parties taking the time to take care of this and taking care of it quickly. Again, Thank you.

Below are excerpts from a Board President’s newsletter comments/ for a community that engaged CAMP 6 months prior.

Dragon slayers! Thriving under CAMP. We can confidently say we found our happily ever after with CAMP. I it isn't always sunshine and roses but after only a short time here's why our HOA board is singing CAMPs praises.

1. Communication- no more Game of Thrones no more chasing down the old management company, unanswered emails, calls going straight to voicemail. With CAMP, communication is timely and clear, consistent and proactive. We have a dedicated community manager and administrative assistant who are always just a phone call or e-mail away. They keep us informed on just about everything and they are always happy to answer questions your address concerns.
2. Financial Transparency -No More Hidden Dragons. Financial opacity used to be one of our biggest Dragons... never quite sure which pot our money was in. CAMP brought clarity to our finances and provided us with detailed, easy to understand reports. They are always happy to explain any variances and we are confident that the remaining issues will be dealt with both professionally and timely.
3. Proactive Maintenance. Remember the leaky water heater in the clubhouse that lingered on? The old management company’s approach was unpredictable and very unpleasant. Under CAMP it didn't take long before we got a new hot water heater and they actively deal with lingering maintenance issues and bring them to our attention as needed.
4. Enhanced Resident Engagement- no more silent nights. Before, there were times when the community felt deserted and residents felt ignored. The company was hard to reach and we sometimes felt abandoned But No More!

The board book looks extremely professional. It brings back memories of my Corporate days. Excellent job.

I just telephoned the office and had an excellent conversation with Toni. She was quite helpful and exhibited the two qualities that define effective relationships. Those qualities are competence and communication. The third is conciseness but I'll leave that for another time! If she is an indication of future personnel and management at our community we are well served.

Wow…very impressive meeting! Nicely done. We should have brought you folks on a long time ago. I’m impressed by the leadership and clarity of issues as we moved through the meeting.
