Chelsea, and I want to personally thank you for helping me navigate some of the recent situations in our community. You have been a major support to myself and our board. I am beyond appreciative of everything you have done, not just during this past month, but in all the time I've worked with you! You always take my calls, you always answer my and everyone else's questions extremely fast, you give me every detail I could ever ask for and then some, and let's be honest, you have walked me back from the ledge a few times!
