Below are excerpts from a Board President’s newsletter comments/ for a community that engaged CAMP 6 months prior.

Dragon slayers! Thriving under CAMP. We can confidently say we found our happily ever after with CAMP. I it isn't always sunshine and roses but after only a short time here's why our HOA board is singing CAMPs praises.

1. Communication- no more Game of Thrones no more chasing down the old management company, unanswered emails, calls going straight to voicemail. With CAMP, communication is timely and clear, consistent and proactive. We have a dedicated community manager and administrative assistant who are always just a phone call or e-mail away. They keep us informed on just about everything and they are always happy to answer questions your address concerns.
2. Financial Transparency -No More Hidden Dragons. Financial opacity used to be one of our biggest Dragons... never quite sure which pot our money was in. CAMP brought clarity to our finances and provided us with detailed, easy to understand reports. They are always happy to explain any variances and we are confident that the remaining issues will be dealt with both professionally and timely.
3. Proactive Maintenance. Remember the leaky water heater in the clubhouse that lingered on? The old management company’s approach was unpredictable and very unpleasant. Under CAMP it didn't take long before we got a new hot water heater and they actively deal with lingering maintenance issues and bring them to our attention as needed.
4. Enhanced Resident Engagement- no more silent nights. Before, there were times when the community felt deserted and residents felt ignored. The company was hard to reach and we sometimes felt abandoned But No More!

Susan, this is fantastic. Truly perfect and I think our committee members and chairs will all agree 😊. In all of the time I've been on a committee or board we haven't had a training this informative. I appreciate you sharing such a wealth of knowledge with our volunteers as we continue to transition. I am very thankful for CAMP and while the transition has been more challenging than anyone anticipated I think we're on the right track! Thank you for your time and letting all of our volunteers be a part of understanding how an HOA works and what their role might be.
