I just telephoned the office and had an excellent conversation with Toni. She was quite helpful and exhibited the two qualities that define effective relationships. Those qualities are competence and communication. The third is conciseness but I'll leave that for another time! If she is an indication of future personnel and management at our community we are well served.

Below are excerpts from a Board President’s newsletter comments/ for a community that engaged CAMP 6 months prior.

Dragon slayers! Thriving under CAMP. We can confidently say we found our happily ever after with CAMP. I it isn't always sunshine and roses but after only a short time here's why our HOA board is singing CAMPs praises.

1. Communication- no more Game of Thrones no more chasing down the old management company, unanswered emails, calls going straight to voicemail. With CAMP, communication is timely and clear, consistent and proactive. We have a dedicated community manager and administrative assistant who are always just a phone call or e-mail away. They keep us informed on just about everything and they are always happy to answer questions your address concerns.
2. Financial Transparency -No More Hidden Dragons. Financial opacity used to be one of our biggest Dragons... never quite sure which pot our money was in. CAMP brought clarity to our finances and provided us with detailed, easy to understand reports. They are always happy to explain any variances and we are confident that the remaining issues will be dealt with both professionally and timely.
3. Proactive Maintenance. Remember the leaky water heater in the clubhouse that lingered on? The old management company’s approach was unpredictable and very unpleasant. Under CAMP it didn't take long before we got a new hot water heater and they actively deal with lingering maintenance issues and bring them to our attention as needed.
4. Enhanced Resident Engagement- no more silent nights. Before, there were times when the community felt deserted and residents felt ignored. The company was hard to reach and we sometimes felt abandoned But No More!
