Heather, I just wanted to personally thank you for your leadership. It has been a great pleasure for me to work with you over the past three plus years as CAMP's tenure with (our community) began when I first joined the board. We've been through a lot together, particularly a global pandemic. Through all of it you and the entire CAMP team were unwavering. As you know, much of what we were able to accomplish could not have been done without your leadership and the teamwork and professionalism of Michael Yelton.

I will certainly miss working with you as you certainly do your job with grace, class and the utmost professionalism. Please feel free to keep in touch as you have my contact information. Dear Keith, a quick note to thank you and your team for a very nice job on the milling and paving of my street period to the best of my recollection this is the first time that we have conducted such community wide milling and paving since my village was built. The communication was excellent. The emails, flyers on the doorknob, and the street signage all were concise with clear instructions. Your personal presence on site overseeing the contractors certainly also contributed to the positive outcomes. Cannot imagine all the behind the scenes preparation and supervision you have to do to ensure successful execution of the project while minimizing disruptions of our residents lives. Whatever you have done it worked.
