CAMP Team, I wanted to take a moment to thank Shelby Walker for her outstanding support of our covenants activities and especially working with Realtors in the market. Over the weekend I was talking to a realtor, and she asked if I was still on the board because she wanted to provide feedback. The realtor could not say enough positive things about their group's engagement with Shelby and both residents moving in and out to our community. She talked about how easy the process was working with Shelby and how refreshing it was compared to most other communities. It is great to see how in all aspects of the business you are helping to set us apart from other communities.

Steve has been doing a fantastic job on behalf of this community and we can't say enough about his proactiveness and great attitude, even in the face of challenges. Interestingly, I just received an e-mail from one of the references for a company whose submitted a response to our RFP last fall asking if I would share who we contracted with and if we were happy. I was able to offer a glowing reference of the CAMP team with a strong recommendation that he reach out to you.  It has been my sincere pleasure to work with you in the CAMP team and we are so grateful that CAMP took us on and has weathered all of the storms with us.
